In 2008, Gravestar received LEED certification for the third floor interior renovation of the Greenworks Building in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A former rubber manufacturing plant and warehouse, the building was renovated with environmentally friendly materials and systems and now has operable windows, direct and diffused natural light, and a bike storage area for building tenants.
