Anthony has served for a number of years as Gravestar’s Chairman of the Board, and became its President and Chief Executive Officer in January of 2023. Mr. Barsamian, a business and estate planning attorney, is a graduate of University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Barsamian has been active in a number of civic and non-profit organizations, including the Armenian Assembly of America, the Armenia Tree Project, and the Massachusetts and National Council of Churches, and frequently speaks on US/Armenia relations as well as estate and family succession planning topics.
Susan joined Gravestar in 2019, after 23 years as a commercial real estate lawyer in private practice and 7 years as an in-house counsel at technology companies. Susan serves as the company’s Vice President and General Counsel, and provides administrative and legal support for the company’s business matters. Susan is a graduate of Bucknell University and Boston College Law School, and is a member of CREW Boston. Susan is active in charitable organizations which provide education for young women in Lawrence, Massachusetts and rural Kenya.
Kathy became Senior Advisor to the President in January of 2023. She served as Gravestar’s President and Chief Executive Officer for six years, following a 38-year career as a commercial real estate lawyer. Kathy is a graduate of Dickinson College and New York University School of Law. She has been active in a number of non-profit and civic organizations, and is a Board Member of NAIOP Massachusetts/Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and a member of the Boston Bar Association.
Michael joined Gravestar in 2004. As Director of Real Estate, Mike is responsible for the management of real estate assets, as well as for the pursuit of new real estate opportunities. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction fields. He holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
